Some of our favorite things in life have always been pretty simple: a really good cup of coffee, something freshly baked, a beautiful space to spend time in, and, of course, having our dogs right by our side.

It's that combination of everyday pleasures and our lifelong love of animals that inspired Biscuit Bar, the newest addition to the MODERNBEAST family.

Located in the heart of downtown Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Biscuit Bar is a dog treatery + café created for dogs and the people who love them. Part neighborhood coffee stop, part treat destination, and part thoughtfully curated retail space, it's a place where good food, thoughtful design, genuine hospitality and a shared love of dogs come together.

A Shared Beginning, A New Chapter

Long before MODERNBEAST and Biscuit Bar, founders Lona Williams and Hope Reiners connected through their shared involvement in animal welfare. That common passion eventually inspired MODERNBEAST, built around the belief that the products we bring into our homes should be thoughtfully designed and that businesses can make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals.

Biscuit Bar grew from that same philosophy, taking the idea a little further by creating a physical gathering place centered around the everyday moments we share with our dogs.

We wanted to create somewhere that felt special without feeling complicated. Somewhere you could stop in for your morning coffee, pick up something delicious for your dog, celebrate a birthday or simply make an ordinary afternoon feel a little more memorable.

Because our dogs are part of our everyday lives, and we think they deserve to be included in the little things, too.

Something Good for Everyone

At Biscuit Bar, there's a little something for both ends of the leash.

For the people, we're serving thoughtfully crafted coffee featuring Caffe Luxxe, from espresso drinks and cappuccinos to lattes, Americanos, matcha and tea. And because coffee is always better with something sweet, our pastry selection features house-made creations from human pastry baker Reid Matthews. Think raspberry Pop Tarts with lemon icing, blueberry pie cookies and savory loaded cornbread, with seasonal offerings rotating throughout the year.

For the dogs, co-founder Lona Williams brings her passion for baking and animal nutrition to a dedicated menu of freshly made treats. From bison sliders and fetch fries to pup pies, biscuits, bone broth molds, macarons, donuts and celebration cakes, there's always something fun to discover.

Every item on the dog menu is made with human-grade ingredients, with an emphasis on simple, thoughtfully selected ingredients and nutritional value. Because a little indulgence should come with a little intention, too.

More Than a Coffee Stop

We believe the best experiences are often found in the details.

Beyond the café and treat counter, Biscuit Bar offers a thoughtfully curated selection of goods for dogs and their people, all within a beautifully designed space created to bring the community together.

Whether you're a local stopping by on your morning walk or visiting Jackson Hole with your four-legged travel companion, we hope Biscuit Bar becomes a place you look forward to visiting. A place to connect, celebrate and enjoy a little more time together.

Rooted in a Love for Animals

While Biscuit Bar is a new chapter, its roots are very much the same.

MODERNBEAST was founded on the belief that the love we have for our own animals can be a catalyst for helping animals everywhere. That commitment to animal welfare continues to be at the heart of everything we do, and Biscuit Bar is another way to bring that mission into our community.

At the end of the day, it's about more than coffee, pastries or dog treats. It's about celebrating the lives we share with our animals, creating meaningful connections and making everyday moments feel a little more special.

We're so excited to welcome you into Biscuit Bar and share this next chapter with you.

Come for the coffee. Stay for the biscuits. Bring your best friend.
