When we started MODERNBEAST, the idea was simple. We wanted to create thoughtfully designed products for pets that felt just as at home in our spaces as the rest of the things we love. We believed dog toys didn't have to be brightly colored, overly complicated or tucked away when company came over. They could be playful, functional, beautifully made and designed with the same consideration as the objects we choose to surround ourselves with.
But there was another piece of the vision that mattered just as much: giving back. From the beginning, MODERNBEAST was built around the belief that doing good for animals should be part of everything we do. We wanted to create a business that not only celebrated the animals in our own lives, but also helped those still waiting for their chance at a loving home.
